PGT Music Teacher Position at Amity International School, Gurugram
Amity International School in Gurugram seeks an experienced PGT Music Teacher to lead the music curriculum and inspire students with creative expression. This role involves teaching advanced music theory, performance, and practical skills across grades, ensuring students develop a strong foundation in classical, contemporary, and instrumental genres.
As a PGT Music Teacher, you will design engaging lesson plans that align with school standards while fostering individual talent. Daily classroom instruction will include group and individual assessments, ensuring students grasp technical and artistic concepts effectively. Your expertise will shape students’ understanding of rhythm, harmony, and music history through interactive and hands-on methods.
Collaboration with fellow teachers and department heads will be essential to integrate music into broader academic programs. You’ll also engage with parents through regular updates, sharing student progress and musical achievements in a supportive manner. The ideal candidate will bring passion for music education and a proven ability to motivate diverse learners.

A postgraduate degree in Music Education or a related field, along with four years of teaching experience, is required.
