PRT for Environmental Studies at St. Xaviers High School, Gurugram

The PRT will create age-appropriate evaluation methods, such as projects, quizzes, and presentations, to measure understanding and encourage critical thinking. Building strong teacher-student relationships is essential, as the PRT will mentor students individually and in small groups to address their learning needs.
Teaching support and collaboration are part of the role. The PRT will work closely with the subject coordinator to refine lesson plans and stay updated on educational trends in Environmental Studies. Participation in school events, such as science fairs or awareness campaigns, will also be expected to enhance the school’s eco-initiative efforts.
For this position, a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required, along with at least two years of teaching experience in Environmental Studies or a related science subject. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, prior experience in environmental education or fieldwork is highly desirable. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.32,000 per month, based on performance and qualifications, while working full-time at St. Xaviers High School in Gurugram.
