Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Biology lessons for classes 6 to 8, ensuring alignment with the state syllabus and assessment standards.
- Integrate practical experiments, field trips, and digital resources to enhance conceptual understanding and scientific inquiry.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, formative assessments, and progress reports for students and parents.
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative learning.
- Mentor and support junior teachers and teaching assistants in adopting innovative instructional strategies.
- Participate in school committees, curriculum development meetings, and professional development workshops.

Qualifications & Experience
- Post‑graduate degree in Biology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a school setting.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; possession of TET/CTET is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
