What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Use a range of teaching materials and resources to create an interactive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and adjust your teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement inclusive curriculum plans
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students who require extra help
- Lead group discussions and activities that promote critical thinking and creativity
- Develop and implement strategies to promote English language skills among students
- Monitor and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and well-being
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in English or a related subject, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
