What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for English Language and Literature that cater to diverse learning levels.
- Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help, using resources like textbooks, online materials, and educational apps.
- Create a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes effective communication and teamwork.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences, such as creating digital presentations, videos, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum that aligns with Haryana's education standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement, motivation, and self-directed learning.
- Foster a love for reading and writing in students by incorporating literature-based instruction and writing workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a post-graduate degree in English or a related field. A Bachelor's degree with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. is required for teaching positions. The TET or CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
