TGT Hindi Teacher Job in Gurugram, Haryana | School Recruitment
Mblm School invites applications for a TGT Hindi Teacher to enrich its academic team. The role focuses on delivering engaging Hindi lessons to classes in Gurugram, ensuring students achieve linguistic proficiency and cultural awareness. This full‑time position requires a post‑graduate qualification and at least two years of teaching experience.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and deliver interactive Hindi lessons aligned with the state curriculum for classes 6 to 8.
2. Design and assess formative and summative evaluations to track student progress.
3. Integrate modern teaching aids and technology to enhance language learning.
4. Mentor and support junior staff in lesson planning and classroom management.
5. Participate in school committees, contributing to curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
6. Maintain accurate attendance, progress reports, and communication with parents.
7. Organize and facilitate Hindi language events, such as debates, storytelling, and cultural festivals.
8. Continuously update subject knowledge through professional development and peer collaboration.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed and a post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related field. A minimum of two years teaching experience is required. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and effective classroom strategies.
Salary and Location
Rs.28,000 – Rs.50,000 per month, Gurugram, Haryana.
