Role
The position is for a full‑time TGT Physics Teacher at Amity International School | Haryana. Candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging physics lessons to middle and high school students in Gurugram, Haryana. The role requires a minimum of 4 years teaching experience and a postgraduate degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
Teach physics curriculum aligned with state guidelines, preparing lesson plans that integrate practical demonstrations and interactive activities. Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects, providing timely feedback. Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and participate in school events, seminars, and science fairs. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking among students.
Requirements
Postgraduate qualification in Physics or a related discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Strong command of physics concepts and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to classroom management. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology is an advantage.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based incentives and professional development opportunities.
