Job Overview
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Sector 92 Gurugram invites applications for the post of TGT Social Science Teacher for its esteemed school in Gurugram, Haryana. As a TGT Social Science Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Social Science subjects to students from class 6 to 8.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Prepare and deliver lessons on Social Science subjects to students.
2. Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching methods.
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback.
4. Maintain a well-organized and student-centered classroom environment.
5. Communicate with parents and colleagues as needed.
6. Participate in school events and activities.
7. Mark and record student assignments and assessments.
8. Plan and prepare educational materials and resources.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in any Social Science subject (History, Geography, Economics, Civics).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- Valid TET or CTET certification (not required but preferred).
Good to Have:
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Knowledge of CBSE or ICSE curriculum.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools for education.
