Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Biology to Class 11 and 12 students, covering the entire NEET syllabus.
2. Prepare lesson plans, assess student progress, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
3. Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student understanding.
4. Maintain accurate student records and report progress to parents.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching methods.
6. Develop and implement extra-curricular activities to enhance student learning.
7. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making.
8. Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
9. Stay updated with NEET syllabus and curriculum changes.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in Biology (M.Sc.) or a related field.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree with a specialization in Biology.
- Four years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience teaching NEET or equivalent syllabus.
- Familiarity with curriculum planning and assessment techniques.
