Reporting and scope
The teacher reports directly to the Head of Department for Hindi.
Core duties
Lesson Planning and Delivery
Prepare and deliver structured Hindi lessons aligned with the state curriculum, ensuring clarity and relevance for students.
Assessment and Feedback
Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
Classroom Management
Create a positive learning environment, manage classroom behavior, and promote inclusive participation.
Curriculum Development
Assist in updating Hindi syllabus materials and integrate modern teaching aids where appropriate.
Student Engagement
Encourage students to develop a love for Hindi literature, poetry, and oral expression through interactive activities.
Community Interaction
Participate in school events, parent‑teacher meetings, and cultural programs to strengthen school‑community ties.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is essential. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
The candidate should possess strong command over Hindi language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student growth.
Compensation and location
Salary: Rs.14,000 - Rs.25,000 per month.
