Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized university. Possess a valid Teaching Eligibility Test certificate (TET/CTET) as preferred but not mandatory. Have a strong command of Hindi, including grammar, vocabulary, and script writing, to facilitate effective instruction. Demonstrate familiarity with educational technology tools like PowerPoint, Google Classroom, or interactive whiteboards for digital learning.
Experience
Three years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Hindi or language education. Experience working with diverse student backgrounds and adapting teaching methods for inclusivity is a plus. Familiarity with Haryana’s school curriculum and assessment practices will be advantageous.
