Key Responsibilities
- Own and implement the Hindi curriculum at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Hansi, ensuring alignment with Haryana state board requirements.
- Teach Hindi language and literature to students of various age groups, adapting teaching methods to suit their needs.
- Mentor junior Hindi teachers, providing guidance and support to help them improve their teaching skills.
- Analyze board results and implement strategies to improve student performance in Hindi subjects.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching aids and resources to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other department heads to plan and implement school events and activities.
- Contribute to the development of new courses and programs in Hindi language and literature.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal of Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Hansi.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you should have a post-graduate degree in Hindi language and literature or a related field. In addition, you should have a B.Ed. degree and at least 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi. Preference will be given to candidates with a NET or SET qualification in Hindi language and literature.
