Role Summary

What You Will Do
Plan daily lesson plans aligned with CBSE Mathematics syllabus for TGT classes.
Conduct engaging classes in Hindi/English using local examples from Hansi markets and farms.
Create and evaluate worksheets, unit tests, and term-end papers for Grades VI–X.
Track student progress through simple registers and periodic parent feedback.
Organize morning assembly math puzzles to build interest among students.
Participate in monthly staff meetings and annual academic planning.
Assist in co-curricular activities like Math Olympiads and science fairs.
Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness in coordination with lab assistants.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Three years of full-time teaching experience in secondary mathematics.
Good to Have
CTET/TET qualified candidates will receive preference during shortlisting.
Familiarity with smart classroom tools and basic Excel for record keeping.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in Hindi and English, with ability to explain concepts clearly.
Basic knowledge of Vedic Math techniques preferred.
Patience to handle mixed-ability classes common in semi-urban Hansi schools.
Perks and Pay
Fixed monthly salary between Rs.25,000 and Rs.45,000 based on experience and qualifications.
