Job Overview
Dbk International School is inviting fresh B.Ed graduates to join as PGT Economics Teachers in Narwana, Jind. This is a full-time position for candidates with a postgraduate degree in Economics and a B.Ed qualification. The role involves teaching senior secondary students and contributing to the academic growth of the institution.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver engaging Economics lessons for Classes 11 and 12 as per the CBSE curriculum. Assist in organizing subject-specific workshops, debates, and economic model-making competitions. Receive continuous mentorship from senior faculty during the first six months to refine teaching strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate in Economics with a B.Ed degree is mandatory. Fresh B.Ed graduates are welcome. Candidates appearing for TET or CTET will be given preference. Experience of two years in teaching Economics at the senior secondary level is preferred.
Your Growth Path
Fast-track promotion to Head of Department possible within three years for high performers. Regular in-house training programs on new pedagogies and digital tools are conducted. Salary increments are performance-linked and reviewed annually.
