Daily responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Assess student progress through quizzes and interactive activities.
Provide timely feedback and support to students needing additional help.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom conducive to learning.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle
Plan and execute lesson plans for each term, incorporating diverse teaching methods.
Collaborate with subject coordinators to integrate interdisciplinary projects.
Participate in faculty meetings to discuss student performance and curriculum updates.
Prepare and grade assignments, ensuring fair evaluation standards.
Periodic responsibilities
Organize and facilitate language competitions, debates, and cultural events.
Conduct parent-teacher interactions to discuss student growth and areas for improvement.
Engage in professional development workshops to stay current with pedagogical trends.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related field.
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience at the PGT level.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
Salary and location
Rs.40,000 – Rs.50,000 per month.
