Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PGT Political Science Teacher to join our team at Dbk International School. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching Political Science to students from Class 9 to 12. You will be expected to develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach Political Science to students from Class 9 to 12, following the CBSE curriculum.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
4. Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed about student progress.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum-aligned resources and activities.
6. Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
8. Contribute to the development of the school's extracurricular activities and programs.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Proficiency in teaching Political Science to students from Class 9 to 12.
