Key Responsibilities

Use diverse teaching methods, including visual aids, group discussions, and digital resources, to accommodate different learning styles.
Conduct regular quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Monitor student attendance, behavior, and academic performance, reporting concerns to the department head.
Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development sessions, and professional development workshops.
Mentor and support junior teachers, sharing best practices and resources.
Organize and supervise school events, cultural programs, and language competitions related to Hindi.
