PGT Economics Teacher – Vedashree International School, Kaithal, Haryana
Role Overview
The school seeks a PGT Economics Teacher for its Kaithal campus. The position involves full‑time classroom teaching, curriculum delivery and student mentorship for senior secondary economics classes.
Professional Scope
The teacher will plan and execute lessons in line with the NCERT syllabus, adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs and contribute to the school’s academic goals. Collaboration with department heads and participation in school events form part of the everyday responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Designing engaging lesson plans, conducting regular assessments and providing timely feedback are core duties. The teacher must maintain accurate records, prepare reports for parents and support co‑curricular activities that enhance economic literacy.
Subject‑Specific Duties
Deliver concepts of micro and macro economics, Indian economic development and contemporary issues with real‑world examples. Guide students in project work, case studies and debate sessions, and facilitate preparation for board examinations and competitive exams.
