The PRT Hindi Teacher in Kaithal, Haryana will primarily work under the guidance of the Hindi department head to ensure alignment with school policies and academic standards. Core Duties
Teaching Hindi language skills, grammar, and literature to students in grades 1-5 with a focus on foundational development.
Creating and implementing interactive lesson plans that incorporate regional Haryana culture, folklore, and modern language usage.
Assisting in organizing extracurricular activities such as poetry recitals, storytelling sessions, and language competitions.
Maintaining student records, evaluating progress, and collaborating with parents to support academic growth.
Ensuring compliance with school rules and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory for this role.
Possession of TET or CTET certification is highly preferred to demonstrate teaching eligibility.
At least three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting with a focus on Hindi or language education.
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with fluency in local Haryana dialects if applicable.
Compensation and Location
The PRT Hindi Teacher will be offered a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is based in Kaithal, Haryana, and includes full-time employment with Vedashree International School | Haryana. Travel within the district may be required for school events and assessments.
