Your Students

Key Responsibilities
Prepare weekly lesson plans for grades VI–X that align with the school’s monthly Hindi themes and include simple stories, grammar drills, and current affairs in Hindi.
Use differentiated worksheets so beginners, average learners, and advanced students all practise the same concept at their own pace.
Organise monthly Hindi assemblies where students perform short skits, poems, or news reading to build confidence in spoken Hindi.
Keep a simple register of each student’s progress in reading, writing, and speaking so that parents see clear improvement every term.
Conduct two remedial sessions per week for students who need extra help with Hindi script or grammar after school hours.
Prepare students for inter-school Hindi competitions by coaching pronunciation and quick comprehension drills during regular classes.
Collaborate with the art teacher to create wall magazines in Hindi once a term, giving students a chance to publish their own writing.
Attend staff meetings every Friday to share observations about classroom challenges and suggest practical solutions for Hindu Sr. Sec. School.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in Hindi with minimum three years of Hindi teaching experience in a recognised school. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is compulsory. CTET is not required but will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Patience to repeat explanations without frustration, especially when students mix local words with formal Hindi.
Strong communication so even shy learners feel safe asking questions in Hindi class.
