Role Summary
The TGT Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for teaching physical education to students from Class 6 to 12. The successful candidate will be expected to create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and contribute to the development of the physical education department.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver physical education lessons to students from Class 6 to 12
* Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
* Develop and implement curriculum plans for physical education
* Contribute to the development of the physical education department
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Participate in school-wide events and activities
* Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects
* Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
* Develop and implement strategies to promote physical education and sports
Required Qualifications
* A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Physical Education or a related field
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching physical education
* Strong knowledge of physical education curriculum and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team and contribute to school-wide initiatives
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
