Collaboration with the mathematics faculty and cross-departmental teams will ensure cohesive subject progression across grades.

Weekly progress checks through quizzes, exit tickets, and peer discussions will identify gaps, while periodic unit tests and projects will measure mastery. Practical work includes supervising lab activities, such as graphing calculators or data analysis, to enhance student engagement. A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is essential. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered favorably.
