Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare and deliver Botany lessons mapped to NEET MCQ patterns, ensuring concept clarity.

Design visual aids and lab demonstrations for Plant Anatomy, Genetics, and Ecology.
Assign and evaluate NEET-style assignments, focusing on previous years’ question trends.
Guide students on Botany shortcuts and mnemonics for quick recall during exams.
Collaborate with the science department to integrate Botany with Chemistry and Physics.
Organize weekend doubt-clearing sessions for NEET aspirants in the school campus.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate in Botany or Plant Sciences from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with specialization in Science/Biology.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Classes 11-12.
Familiarity with NEET Botany syllabus and previous papers is essential.
CTET/TET is not mandatory but will be an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs.70,000 to Rs.120,000 based on experience.
