A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, with a postgraduate degree in Economics as the primary qualification. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. At least three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. Strong communication skills, a passion for economics education, and familiarity with CBSE/ICSE board guidelines are essential.
