About This Role
Sir Chhotu Ram Heritage School Panipat invites applications for the position of Art And Craft to manage and lead the Art And Craft department. This role involves overseeing art activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operations in the school’s art and craft wing. What You Will Do
1. Plan, organize, and execute all Art And Craft activities and events at Sir Chhotu Ram Heritage School Panipat.
2. Source and manage art supplies, materials, and vendors to maintain inventory and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with class coordinators to integrate art and craft activities across different grades.
4. Oversee the setup and maintenance of art studios and activity corners within the school premises.
5. Conduct periodic audits of art supplies and recommend budget allocations for the department.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene norms while handling art materials and equipment.
7. Lead workshops and training sessions for students and staff on new art techniques and trends.
8. Maintain records of inventory, expenses, and student participation in art and craft activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline is required for this position. Candidates must possess basic computer proficiency with familiarity in MS Office, Excel, and email communication. Prior administrative experience in a school or educational setting is mandatory. Knowledge of inventory management and vendor coordination will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling art supplies and materials inventory is essential. Familiarity with school administration processes and event coordination is preferred.
