Core duties

Assessment and feedback
Design formative and summative assessments, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential.
Curriculum development
Participate in curriculum review meetings, suggest improvements, and integrate contemporary accounting topics such as digital bookkeeping and taxation updates.
Student support
Mentor students preparing for board exams, conduct extra coaching sessions, and support their career guidance in commerce streams.
Professional development

Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in Commerce or related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum of four years teaching experience in a school setting. Proven ability to teach accountancy at the senior secondary level.
Compensation and location
