Involve in curriculum development and adaptation to incorporate new syllabi, technological advancements, and innovative teaching tools. Act as a mentor to junior teachers and students, fostering a culture of curiosity and critical thinking in physics education. Represent the school at educational forums, parent-teacher meetings, and community events to promote science education in the region.
Qualification
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physics with a strong academic background. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for teaching roles in Haryana. Experience in teaching physics at the senior secondary level is highly valued.
Experience
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in physics or science departments. Familiarity with CBSE or Haryana state board physics syllabus and examination patterns is essential.
