Key Responsibilities

Prepare students for inter-house music competitions, annual day performances, and external festivals in Panipat and nearby districts. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and high attendance during rehearsals and events.
Oversee procurement and maintenance of musical instruments and audio equipment in the school. Ensure proper storage, safety checks, and replacement of damaged items within budget.
Document student progress through portfolios, audio recordings, and periodic assessments. Provide constructive feedback to parents during PTMs and coordinate with class teachers for holistic development.
Organize school choir, orchestra, and percussion groups for national festivals and state-level competitions. Represent D R Memorial Public School at cultural events across Haryana.
Integrate technology such as digital keyboards, online ear-training apps, and audio editing tools into lessons. Train students in basic recording and performance techniques.
Ensure compliance with CBSE Art Education guidelines and maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and inventory records.
