Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver innovative lessons in social science subjects, ensuring alignment with CBSE syllabus and student learning outcomes.
2. Create interactive classroom activities, field trips, and project-based learning to enhance students’ understanding of history, geography, and current affairs.
3. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments as per school policies.
4. Collaborate with teachers and school management to implement holistic student development programs.
5. Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and study materials tailored to diverse learning levels in the school.
6. Participate in school events, cultural programs, and extracurricular activities to foster a well-rounded educational environment.
7. Assess students’ performance through continuous evaluation, including oral exams, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
8. Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and curriculum advancements to improve classroom instruction.
9. Support students with special needs by adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning requirements.
