Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot all hardware, software and networking equipment in the school computer lab.
- Set up computers, printers and peripherals for daily classes and examinations.
- Keep inventory of lab assets, record usage and report any damages or shortages.
- Ensure regular updates, backups and security checks on all systems.
- Assist students and teachers with basic computer operations, software applications and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with external service providers for repairs and upgrades.
- Prepare the lab for special events, workshops and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderly arrangement of the lab environment.
Qualification
Must Have
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing computer labs or similar ICT support roles.
Good to Have
- Diploma in Computer Applications or related field.
- Familiarity with school‑level educational software and internet safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for interacting with students, teachers and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe and functional lab environment.

Salary: Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month.
