Rps International School is looking for a skilled NTT Hindi Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic journey of our students. What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons to students from class 1 to class 10.
2. Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
4. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
6. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular progress updates.
7. Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and technologies.
8. Participate in school events and activities that promote cultural awareness and language skills.
9. Provide support to students with special needs and English language learners.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or a related subject
- Valid TET or CTET certification (not required but preferred)
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
- Experience teaching Hindi to students of different age groups
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation
- Familiarity with educational technologies and software
- Fluency in multiple languages (including English)
