Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 10, aligning with the state curriculum and school standards. Use a mix of interactive activities, storytelling, and modern teaching aids to cater to diverse learning styles. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials that reflect current educational trends. Monitor student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and class participation, providing constructive feedback. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and respectful discussion. Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi themes across subjects, enhancing interdisciplinary learning. Participate in school events such as annual cultural festivals, debate competitions, and language clubs, acting as a mentor for student activities. Attend professional development workshops and teacher training sessions to stay updated with pedagogical best practices. Maintain accurate attendance records and report any student concerns to the school administration promptly. Encourage parents to engage in their child’s language development through regular communication and progress updates. Support the implementation of school policies on discipline, safety, and inclusivity within the Hindi classroom. Contribute to the school’s curriculum review committee, providing insights on effective teaching strategies and resource needs. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special learning needs, ensuring inclusive education. Uphold the school’s values of academic excellence, integrity, and community service in all interactions.
Qualification and Experience
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to create engaging Hindi lessons and manage a diverse classroom. Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and cultural context. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Salary and Location
Competitive salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.28,000 per month. Position based in Rohtak, Haryana at Zad Group Of School.
