- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's Hindi curriculum.
- Provide support and guidance to students outside of regular class hours, as needed.
- Attend school meetings and participate in professional development programs to stay updated on best practices in Hindi teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Contribute to the school's Hindi department by participating in extracurricular activities and events.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and have a strong background in Hindi literature and pedagogy. A minimum of three years of teaching experience in Hindi is required, preferably in a school setting. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.50,000 - Rs.80,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional growth and development within Rps International School.
