- Assessing students’ progress regularly through oral and written evaluations, ensuring they meet academic benchmarks.

- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and participation to report to parents and school authorities.
- Preparing classroom materials, such as worksheets, storybooks, and visual aids, to enhance teaching effectiveness.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, to bring practical insights and proven teaching strategies.
