TGT Physical Education Teacher Position at Ved Model International School, Kalanaur
Ved Model International School in Kalanaur seeks a dedicated TGT Physical Education Teacher to inspire and develop young athletes and fitness enthusiasts. This role focuses on creating an engaging, sports-oriented learning environment where students gain physical skills, discipline, and a lifelong love for active lifestyles. The teacher will design and implement structured PE programs, ensuring students participate in team sports, individual drills, and health-related activities aligned with school curriculum standards.
The teacher will oversee daily physical education classes, including games, gymnastics, swimming (if applicable), and fitness training. Collaboration with school administrators and sports coordinators will ensure programs meet academic and extracurricular goals. The role also involves organizing school events, competitions, and sports festivals to foster teamwork and healthy competition.
Responsibilities include lesson planning, student assessment, and maintaining equipment and facilities. The teacher must adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse student abilities while promoting inclusivity. Participation in school sports teams or inter-school competitions will be encouraged.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Physical Education is mandatory. Two years of teaching experience in Physical Education or related subjects is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career progression.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international school setting in Rohtak, Haryana.
