Role Summary (immediate joining preferred)
K R Mangalam World School Sonipat is urgently seeking a highly motivated and qualified NTT English Teacher to join our team in Sonipat, Haryana. The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately.
What You Will Do
- Teach English to students of Kr Mangalam World School Sonipat, promoting a love for the subject and developing their language skills.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, ensuring that they align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of students with varying learning abilities.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's English program.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in English teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs and debates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (B.Ed/D.El.Ed required for teaching positions).
- Three years of experience in teaching English, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and assessment requirements of the school.
