Attending regular faculty meetings and participating in professional development workshops will help maintain relevance in teaching methodologies. Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure punctuality for all scheduled duties. The role requires strong communication skills to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly to students and parents.
Engage with students beyond the classroom through extracurricular activities like math clubs or competitions. Maintain a positive and supportive environment that encourages curiosity and perseverance in mathematics.
