What You Need to Start
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a strong foundation in English literature and language.
- Minimum three years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- TET/CTET qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Good command of spoken and written English, and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
