Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily Hindi language classes for students in Class I to V, ensuring age-appropriate curriculum alignment.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and literature, incorporating modern teaching methods.
3. Engage students in interactive activities like storytelling, poetry recitation, and cultural events to enhance language fluency.
4. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and tracking improvement.
5. Collaborate with the Hindi department to update teaching resources and adopt new educational tools.
6. Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and respect for Hindi traditions.
7. Assist in organizing school events such as Hindi Diwas celebrations, poetry competitions, and cultural fairs.
8. Ensure compliance with school policies and maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
To qualify, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a graduate degree in Hindi or related field. Prior teaching experience in Hindi for at least two years is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
