Hostel Warden Job in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
Role Summary
Shiva International Residential School in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh invites applications for the position of Hostel Warden. As a Hostel Warden, you will be responsible for the overall well-being and supervision of students residing in the hostel. The successful candidate will be a key member of our institution's administration team, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our students.
What You Will Do
1. Oversee daily activities of students in the hostel, ensuring their safety and well-being.
2. Manage and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the hostel premises.
3. Organize and supervise study sessions, extracurricular activities, and outings for the students.
4. Develop and implement disciplinary measures to maintain order and discipline in the hostel.
5. Foster strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a smooth and supportive environment.
6. Coordinate with the school administration to ensure that the hostel runs smoothly and efficiently.
7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, discipline, and other relevant information.
8. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for the Hostel Warden position, you should have a graduate degree from a recognized institution. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is not required for this non-teaching role, but a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree with relevant experience will be an added advantage. TET or CTET is not essential for this role.
Preferred Skills
1. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
5. Knowledge of school administration and hostel management.

Shiva International Residential School offers a competitive salary package of Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will also receive benefits and allowances as per school policies.
