PRT (Pupil Teacher) for Environmental Studies at Delhi Public School, Kangra
Delhi Public School in Kangra seeks a dedicated PRT to teach Environmental Studies to students in the school. This role focuses on fostering awareness and practical understanding of environmental conservation, sustainability, and eco-friendly practices in classrooms and beyond.
The PRT will design engaging lesson plans covering topics like waste management, biodiversity, climate change, and renewable energy. Daily classroom instruction will include interactive discussions, experiments, and field visits to reinforce learning. Collaboration with teachers and school management will ensure alignment with national curricula and sustainable development goals.
To qualify, hold a graduate degree along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in environmental studies or related subjects, is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered favorably.
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.16,000 to Rs.25,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is full-time, based in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
