A candidate with a postgraduate degree in Biology and at least four years of relevant teaching experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed or D.El.Ed) is essential, while a TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. The successful applicant must demonstrate strong communication skills, a love for biology, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. Experience in using digital learning tools and maintaining accurate student records will also be beneficial.
