Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Hindi lessons for the assigned classes, ensuring coverage of the prescribed syllabus.
Assess student progress through classwork, assignments and periodic tests, and maintain accurate records.
Organize Hindi language activities such as debates, recitations and cultural events to enhance student engagement.
Coordinate with class teachers and senior staff for scheduling, timetabling and any interdisciplinary initiatives.
Provide remedial support to students who need additional help in reading, writing or comprehension.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary
Rs.12,000 – Rs.20,000 per month
Other Requirements
Good command of spoken and written Hindi.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline.
Willingness to participate in school functions and parent‑teacher meetings.
