Responsibilities
You will design and deliver advanced Hindi language classes to senior students, ensuring alignment with the curriculum’s literary, grammatical, and cultural standards. Your lessons will cover a mix of classical and contemporary texts, grammar exercises, and critical analysis to deepen their linguistic skills.
Daily classroom instruction will include structured lessons, group discussions, and assignments that assess comprehension, expression, and creative writing abilities. You will also prepare and maintain lesson plans, lesson notes, and teaching aids tailored to diverse student learning levels.
Collaboration with the Hindi department head will help refine teaching strategies, share best practices, and ensure consistency in assessment methods. Your role will also involve grading assignments, conducting periodic evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to students.
Eligibility
Hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi with a specialization in literature, linguistics, or education. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for teaching at this level.
Experience in teaching Hindi at the postgraduate or senior secondary level is essential, with at least four years of relevant classroom experience. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
