Create YouTube-style video tutorials for complex chapters like ratio analysis and cash-flow statements for flipped classroom use. Organize monthly inter-house e-accounting competitions where teams reconcile trial balances using cloud-based sheets.
Conduct live doubt-clearing via Google Meet after school hours and archive recordings on the LMS for absent students. Coordinate with the IT department to ensure smart boards and student laptops are updated with the latest accounting software before every term.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Commerce with Accountancy as a major subject. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience in Accountancy at the senior secondary level.
