Key Responsibilities
- Teach business studies to students in Class 11 and 12, using a range of teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with special needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver the business studies curriculum, ensuring alignment with the school's vision and goals.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, such as business clubs and competitions, to promote student involvement and enthusiasm for business studies.
- Contribute to the development of business studies resources, including textbooks, worksheets, and online materials.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, using this data to inform teaching practices.
- Engage with local businesses and industry partners to provide students with real-world experiences and networking opportunities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest business studies concepts and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a postgraduate degree in business studies or a related field, with at least 3 years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is also essential, with a TET or CTET certification preferred. You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
