Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Environmental Science lessons to students from classes VI to X
- Conduct experiments and activities to illustrate environmental concepts
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans to cater to different learning styles
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Environmental Science with other subjects
- Conduct field trips and excursions to promote experiential learning
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decisions
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning
- Record and analyze student performance data to inform instruction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field (B.Sc., B.A.)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree required
- TET or CTET certification preferred
- Experience in teaching Environmental Science to students from classes VI to X
