TGT Chemistry Teacher Position at Dr. P.L. International School in Dhanbad
Teach Chemistry to students in Class 9 and 10, ensuring alignment with CBSE curriculum standards. Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans covering topics like organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and physical chemistry, using interactive methods to enhance understanding.
Design and conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts. Maintain a lab environment that is safe, well-equipped, and conducive to hands-on learning, including supervision of student experiments.
Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects, using standardized grading criteria. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and problem-solving skills in chemistry.
Collaborate with the chemistry faculty to develop and refine teaching strategies that improve student engagement and academic outcomes. Act as a mentor to students, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking in scientific disciplines.
Monitor attendance and punctuality of students in chemistry classes, ensuring a positive and responsible learning atmosphere. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities related to science, including science fairs and competitions, to inspire students further.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and any disciplinary actions taken in chemistry-related matters. Ensure compliance with school policies and guidelines regarding teaching practices and student welfare.
