Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Mathematics, tailoring them to the needs and abilities of our students in East Singhbhum.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to ask questions and explore mathematical concepts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop new teaching methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's academic performance.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and implement new teaching methods as required.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote student achievement and well-being.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have a graduate degree in any stream and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
