Day-to-Day Duties
As a PGT Hindi Teacher at swami Vivekananda Gurukulam, Dhalbhumgarh, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing the Hindi curriculum for classes IX to XII
- Mentoring junior staff members and guiding them in teaching methodologies
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure academic excellence
- Preparing and administering board exams
- Developing and implementing school-wide Hindi language programs
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate Hindi language skills across the curriculum
- Representing the school in regional and state-level Hindi competitions
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and exam results
- Participating in school events and activities to promote Hindi language and culture
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Hindi with a Post Graduate degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- A strong background in Hindi language and literature
- A valid B.Ed certification is mandatory for the post of PGT Hindi Teacher
- Preference will be given to candidates with a NET or SET qualification
